We started our teen daughter with braces from here. From our first consultation, we were both impressed. The office is cute, cozy, warm, and inviting. The staff are extremely friendly and comforting. They explained her treatment plan, verified everything with insurance, and created a flexible payment plan. They gave her lots of stylish options for the shapes of her metal brackets and tons of band colors to choose from as well. I was shocked that these options didn’t incur extra cost! 😳😱
The warm soft cookies are our fave high class touch. We love it here. ❤️

From beginning to end, BCO has been friendly, professional and courteous. They make sure your patient is part of the process and understands the responsibility of braces. The prices are a bit higher-but honestly, it’s worth every bit. This is my
Second go around with them as my daughter is getting Phase 2 of her braces. But honestly, I got Invisalign and my son years ago went through before Dr Brothers was involved and not much as far as expertise and professionalism has changed! I would not consider anyone else for my kids care..or myself! From front office, to back office to in between. Everyone is friendly, prompt and kind. And uber professional. I highly recommend

Had the best experience here. Everyone is always so nice and always makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Brothers always listened to my concerns and ensured she walked me through the entire process as every place is different. She always provided updates and let me know exactly what was happening and what to expect. The assistants were also great!

Whole experience was great! Dr. Brothers was extremely thorough and the whole team was excellent. Especially Caitlin. Pricing was very fair, I shopped around quite a bit. Going to a dedicated orthodontist is way better than having your general dentist do this. I’m not going to wear my retainer just so I can come back and have this experience again.

My son just got braces before Christmas. We had been coming in a few times before to check on the readiness. What I love about this place is they are so upfront and honest! My son wasn’t ready for braces yet when we first went. He still needed some teeth to fall out some to come in and they didn’t try say we still needed to get them on so they could make money and drag out the process as we experienced at other places with my other kid. They genuinely care about their patients and will set up the best plan that works personally for them based on the goal and readiness of the patient. They are all super sweet and accommodating, they have all the latest and greatest stuff and I’m thrilled that we are using them for my son’s orthodontic needs. I would 100% recommend them!

Everyone was very nice. They get back to you quickly if you have issues. Good with young children. Very thorough with explaining the process using 3d pictures. Flexible down payment and payment plans. They let me wait until my fsa started over before starting the plan for my son.

We have loved our experience at Beach Cities orthodontics! From the start, we felt welcome and the process to get started was not intimidating and they really informed us of all the choices and explained everything so well. The staff and the doctor are so friendly and kind. So far, the treatment plan we are on is going well. Having a high schooler makes it easy to have scans and the app, so she can be accountable and responsible for her own progress. It has helped our family to have a payment plan that can work for us. Would definitely recommend this practice!!

Our daughter just had her braces removed. Dr. Brothers and the entire team made us feel like family the entire time with them. Never thought I'd say we will miss an orthodontist, but we will.
